Yosion¡¯s PV5 Pulveriser is for quick sample preparation and can prepare 3.5kgs ore samples in one time for laboratory analysis.
Yosion¡¯s PV5 Pulveriser can also be used for pulverising ore, mineral, soil, metallographic sample, ceramic, mixture, chemicals or material alike. Ordinarily, it can aggregate 3-3.5kgs samples to a particle size of 90%-95% passing 75 micron and 4-5kgs samples to a particle size of 0.5-0.8mm. One standard cycle is 5-8 minutes.
The vibration table of Yosion¡¯s PV5 Pulveriser is driven by one fixed 4kW motor and connects with grinding mill via V-belt. This design includes grinding bowel of 5kgs capacity. There is a vibration overload protection device inside the motor.
The grinding bowel of Yosion¡¯s PV5 Pulveriser is patent design. This design is to put one separate and sturdy saucer-shaped grinding sets into grinding bowel for grinding. Only the grinding sets vibrates and grinds in pulveriser during the operation. Bowel jack is standard configuration and is for lifting and placing grinding sets. Material is filled into and poured out from bowel manually and filter dregs is cleaned by vaccum cleaner. The pulveriser is also equipped with a vaccum gun which can be connected with dust extraction system of user.
